Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund within 30 days please contact us at hello@reformermat.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: 4/75A, Chapel Street, Windsor VIC 3181, AustraliaYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For a quick clean, simply spray with sensitising sprays, and hang it dry, it should dry within minutes. Please do not leave a wet mat on the reformer.

For a deep clean, we recommend rinsing it with running water, and all the dirt should fall off easily. Please avoid using detergents. Then hang your mat on your towel rack, it will dry very quickly.

Reformermat is made using 100% natural tree rubber and over time some slight deterioration may occur. 

To extend the lifespan of your mat, we recommend:

• Avoiding frequent machine washing.
• Storing it rolled up instead of folded.
• Keeping away from direct sunlight or extreme heat.

We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $150. 

We currently offer shipping to most countries in the world, if you are unsure, please contact us for confirmation before ordering. All orders are shipped via Sendle. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

For Australian orders, standard parcel delivery is typically between 2–7 business days from the time posted. For international orders, standard delivery time can take around 15-30 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on availability.
